Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to help run the pharmacy day-to-day, assist customers at the medicines counter and support the pharmacy team for safe, efficient service.

You will undertake a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided, learning to process prescriptions, handle stock, and maintain records while delivering high standards of customer care.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C/4-9) desired but not essential.
• No previous pharmacy experience required; full training provided.
• Strong customer service and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers at the medicines counter.
• Assisting with the preparation and supply of prescriptions.
• Handling stock, deliveries and maintaining records.
• Using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
