Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd. is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager in Bridgwater to lead the pharmacy team, ensure patient safety, and drive commercial performance within a healthcare-focused retail environment.

The role requires a GPhC-registered pharmacist, DBS clearance, and the ability to balance clinical duties with management duties while delivering NHS and local services. You’ll report to the Area Manager and work closely with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid GPhC registration and right to work in the UK.
• DBS check and live update service required.
• Experience delivering NHS and private healthcare services.
• Ability to balance line management and pharmacist responsibilities.
• Strong leadership to drive targets and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and safe service.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Deliver NHS and local services while achieving commercial targets.
• Collaborate with store leadership to optimise workflow and patient access.
