Job summary

Asda is recruiting a Pharmacy Practice Manager in St Austell. You will lead the pharmacy team to deliver patient-centric care while driving commercial performance within the store.

The role requires a fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC, with the ability to deliver NHS and private services, and to balance line management with clinical duties. DBS check and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration is mandatory.
• Right to work in the UK and safeguarding qualifications.
• Experience leading a pharmacy team and delivering services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance.
