Job summary

Asda Stores Norwich is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager to blend patient care with commercial leadership. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, drive pharmacy targets, and ensure compliance with GPhC standards.

You will lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and safety, while building relationships with store teammates and NHS services.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services.
• Able to balance line manager duties with pharmacist responsibilities to ensure safe working practices.
• Inspires and motivates the team to deliver defined KRAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and safety.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues while driving pharmacy targets and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.
• Collaborate with store and field teams to deliver high-quality service.
