Asda Stores Ltd in Skelmersdale is seeking a Part-time Pharmacy Practice Manager to lead the pharmacy team, deliver patient care, and drive commercial success. The role combines clinical leadership with store management responsibilities, reporting to the Area Manager.

You will mentor pharmacists and support staff, ensure GPhC standards and safeguarding requirements, and manage rotas and performance to meet targets.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services.
• Balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working environment.
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve defined KRAs.
• Experience in handling challenging situations and maintaining strong store relationships.
