You will lead and develop the pharmacy team, manage the store Pharmacist and colleagues, and drive NHS/private services to deliver targets while upholding GPhC standards and governance. You’ll balance line management with clinical excellence, inspire your team to achieve KRAs, and collaborate with store and field teams to ensure outstanding patient experience and safe,

Qualifications

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services.
• Able to balance line management with pharmacy duties.
• Able to inspire and motivate the team to meet KRAs.
• Experienced in handling challenging situations with store and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues to ensure safe, compliant service.
• Deliver pharmacy targets, deadlines and compliance across the business.
• Support development of reports and relationships with store and field teams.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and governance within GPhC operating standards.
