Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Trainee Dispenser to join our store pharmacy team in the UK. You will support the pharmacist and healthcare professionals in dispensing prescriptions and delivering pharmacy services while you train on NVQ2.

No previous experience required; full training provided. The role is in-store in the UK; remote applications will not be considered and UK right to work is required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete the Dispenser training programme (NVQ2).
• Current and valid UK right to work. Sponsorship not provided for Skilled Worker Visa.

Responsibilities

• Complete training for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Work with store healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients and refer queries to the Pharmacist.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing.
• Support medicines management and adherence for patients.
