Job summary

Boots UK is hiring a Trainee Dispenser to join our in-store pharmacy team. You will support the pharmacist, learn dispensing processes, and complete the NVQ2 while assisting patients with their medicines and health needs.

No previous experience required; full training is provided and UK right to work is required. This position is in-store across the UK, with remote applicants not considered.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and complete the Dispenser NVQ2 programme.
• Current and valid UK right to work.

Responsibilities

• Complete your training for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions and ensure safe supply of medicines.
• Work with store healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines.
• Follow SOPs for safe and legal dispensing.
• Promote adherence and reduce waste with repeat prescriptions.
