Job summary

Boots Group is recruiting a Trainee Dispenser for our UK stores. In this role you will support the pharmacist, greet customers and assist in dispensing prescriptions while you complete the NVQ2 Dispenser training. This in-store position focuses on patient care, safe medicine handling and clear, compassionate advice.

No previous experience required; full training provided, with progression opportunities into Pharmacy Technician roles or leadership tracks. Salary £13.12–£15.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and complete the Dispenser training (NVQ2).
• Current and valid UK right to work. Sponsorship not available.
• Experience in community pharmacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete your training for the NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions with safe supply of medicines.
• Assist pharmacists and healthcare professionals in store.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines.
