Job summary

The Boots Company PLC is hiring for a Trainee Dispenser in-store across the UK. You will train towards a Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2, support pharmacists and healthcare teams, and help dispense prescriptions with safety and care. No prior experience required; full training provided.

Remote applicants are not considered and UK right-to-work is required. The role offers a structured training pathway with career progression into pharmacy technician or store leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and complete the Dispenser training programme (NVQ2).
• Current and valid UK right to work. This role is not eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa.

Responsibilities

• Complete your training for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist.
