Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Dispenser to join our in-store pharmacy team. You will dispense prescriptions, advise patients on medicines, and work with pharmacists to ensure safe and compliant dispensing within a busy retail environment.

You will build relationships with customers, follow SOPs, and develop your healthcare knowledge through ongoing training and career development options, including potential progression to Pharmacy Technician roles.

Qualifications

• Completed NVQ2 Pharmacy Advisor or current year-1 of an MPharm.
• Current UK right to work; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
• Collaborate with store healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Advise patients on medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist.
• Follow SOPs for safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
