Boots UK is seeking a Dispenser to join our pharmacy team in-store. You will support the pharmacist, dispense prescriptions, and provide patient advice to promote safe medicine use.

This UK-based role requires working within the store's healthcare department and adhering to SOPs for safe dispensing. The ideal candidate will have completed the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 (or be in the first year of an MPharm) and hold valid UK right to work.

Qualifications

• Completed Pharmacy Advisor qualification NVQ2 (or equivalent) or currently working towards and have completed the first year of an MPharm qualification.
• Current and valid UK right to work. This role is not eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa.

Responsabilités

• Prescription dispensing while ensuring the safe supply of medicines, including ordering medicines, labelling, endorsing and collection of prescriptions.
• Work with other healthcare professionals in-store to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
