Job summary

Boots Group is hiring an in-store Dispenser to support pharmacists in delivering safe and effective pharmacy services. You will greet patients, dispense prescriptions, advise on medicines, and follow SOPs to ensure compliant dispensing within a busy store environment.

You will work with store healthcare colleagues to manage prescriptions, provide patient education, and help promote adherence. UK right to work is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 or equivalent, or currently pursuing and completed first year of MPharm.
• Valid UK right to work; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and store healthcare professionals.
• Provide care and advice to patients on medicines and health options.
• Follow SOPs to ensure lawful dispensing and recordkeeping.
• Support pharmacy services and patient adherence through effective communications.
