Job summary

Healthxchange in Rugby is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to support the smooth running of our new Pharmacy, handling accurate dispensing and efficient storage and distribution of aesthetic & pharmaceutical products.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and compliance with SOPs, with shifts 42.5 hours per week across 7am-7pm windows, Sundays-Thursday or Mon-Fri.

You will join a team, report to the Pharmacy Manager and contribute to a compliant, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy or warehouse roles.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy loads.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Secondary school examinations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming product shipments.
• Ensure items match accompanying documentation.
• Report discrepancies or damages to internal stakeholders.
• Safely and securely store pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems.
• Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock.
• Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery.
• Prepare pharmaceutical products for shipment in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular quality checks on stored and shipped products.
• Follow SOPs to maintain product integrity.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Handle hazardous materials properly.
• Coordinate workflow with team members.
• Communicate with pharmacists, delivery personnel and stakeholders.
