Job summary

Healthxchange is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to support its warehouse pharmacy operations in the UK. The role focuses on accurate dispensing, storage, and distribution of aesthetic and pharmaceutical products within a compliant, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmacy or warehouse is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• NVQ 2 qualification is required or advantageous.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and storage requirements is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming product shipments.
• Ensure all items match the accompanying documentation.
• Report discrepancies or damages to internal stakeholders.
• Safely store pharmaceutical products in designated areas and maintain inventory records.
• Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock.
• Pick and pack orders for delivery to various locations.
• Prepare products for shipment in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular quality checks and follow SOPs to maintain product integrity.
