Asda Stores Ltd in Ramsgate is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Colleague to join our busy in-store pharmacy team. You will help assemble and process prescriptions, assist customers with healthcare needs, and support the Pharmacist with patient services.

We offer training to become a Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months and opportunities to train as a Dispensing Assistant, with a friendly, supportive team and flexible shifts though weekends are required.

Formación

• Must pass enhanced safeguarding check.
• Shifts include weekends and varied patterns.
• Willingness to complete accredited pharmacy training to progress from Medicine Counter Assistant to Dispensing Assistant.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and process prescriptions with accuracy.
• Support Pharmacist with delivery of patient services (blood pressure checks, stop smoking schemes).
• Engage customers, discuss health issues and guide to appropriate products.
• Collect prescriptions from GP surgeries and bring to store for collection.
