Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Milton Keynes is looking for a Pharmacy Colleague to join our in-store pharmacy team. This part-time position involves assembling and processing prescriptions, helping customers, and promoting services within the Pharmacy.

You will complete an accredited course to become a Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months and then progress to training as a Dispensing Assistant to advance your pharmacy career.

Qualifications

• Friendly and organised with team spirit.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication with customers.
• Willing to work varied shift patterns, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and process prescriptions accurately.
• Support Pharmacist with patient services and record keeping.
• Promote extra services (Prescription Collection Service, Medicines Use Reviews).
• Collect prescriptions from doctor surgeries and bring them to the store.
