Kamsons Pharmacy in Warlingham seeks a friendly Pharmacy Healthcare Assistant to provide a caring, professional service to customers, with strong communication to identify needs, whether purchasing medicines, seeking advice, or collecting prescriptions in a busy daytime environment.

You will work as part of a hardworking team, prioritise a varied workload, and multi-task. Full-time role with training including Healthcare Assistant course; prior pharmacy or retail experience is welcome.

Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication to identify customer needs.
• Ability to work as part of a busy team.
• Willingness to train as Healthcare Assistant.

Responsabilidades

• Sell OTC medicines and pharmacy merchandise at till and complete cash sheets weekly.
• Follow medicines protocol and use the 2WHAM questioning technique.
• Provide advice on medicines and general health matters.
• Receive and hand out prescriptions under supervision.
• Collect prescription charges and ensure patient declarations are signed.
• Order stock to meet demand while minimising losses.
• Keep displays tidy and implement price changes or promotions.
• Carry out housekeeping to keep sales and back shop areas clean.
• Process invoices and paperwork as required.
• Assist with delivery of additional services (e.g., stop smoking advice, BP testing) after training.
