Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service for purchases, prescriptions and enquiries.
• Assist with over-the-counter medicines and guidance on appropriate use.
• Support patients with healthcare advice within training level.
• Process prescriptions under supervision of the Responsible Pharmacist.
• Collect prescription charges and ensure exemptions are applied correctly.
