Job summary

Paydens Group of Pharmacies is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will assist in dispensing under supervision, manage stock, and use pharmacy software to process prescriptions while maintaining a clean, compliant environment. Training and development are offered to help you grow within a respected, family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Foundation in pharmacy knowledge; NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services preferred.
• Excellent customer service with warmth and empathy.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispensing under pharmacist supervision with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients.
• Maintain organized and efficient workflow within the pharmacy.
