Job summary

Paydens is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant in the United Kingdom to join our family-owned pharmacy group. You will support dispensing under supervision and help deliver outstanding customer service across a busy store.

You will assist with stock, use pharmacy software, and maintain a compliant, orderly environment. NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience is preferred. Hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:30, Sat 09:00–17:00, shifts negotiable.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Team player with ability to work in a busy environment.
• Able to learn and use pharmacy software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support patients.
• Maintain an organised, efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory and ensure pharmaceutical integrity.
• Use computer systems to process prescriptions and stock.
• Keep the pharmacy clean and orderly.
