Job summary

Paydens Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional customer service, assisting in dispensing under pharmacist supervision and maintaining accuracy. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent, strong communication, attention to detail, and be comfortable with pharmacy software; training is provided.

The role offers a weekend schedule (Friday 09:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-14:00) with staff discounts

Your Mission as a Pharmacy Assistant

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining meticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
• Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
