Job summary

Paydens Group is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our community-focused team. You will assist in dispensing under supervision, provide friendly customer service, and help maintain an organised, compliant pharmacy environment.

Ideal candidates have NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and good computer skills to use pharmacy software. We offer training, a supportive culture, and a weekday schedule with Saturdays.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience required
• Exceptional customer service skills with warmth and empathy
• Keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy and safety of operations
• Strong teamwork capabilities in a collaborative environment
• Computer literacy and comfort with pharmacy software systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications under supervision of a pharmacist
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients
• Maintain an organised and efficient workflow within the pharmacy
• Manage stock levels and ensure pharmaceutical integrity
• Use computer systems to process prescriptions and handle queries
• Keep the pharmacy environment clean and compliant
