Paydens Group of Pharmacies is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our customer-focused team. You will assist in dispensing under pharmacist supervision, handle patient queries, and help maintain stock and workflow in a busy community pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Foundation of pharmacy knowledge; NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional customer service with warmth, empathy, and patience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pharmacy operations.
• Able to work in a collaborative team and use pharmacy software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications under pharmacist supervision, maintaining accuracy and legal compliance.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
• Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring pharmaceutical integrity.
• Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.
• Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.
