Job summary

Hipswell Pharmacy in CV2 5FS is offering an Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant role to support daily pharmacy operations while you complete your Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

You will gain hands-on experience in dispensing, stock management, customer service, and working under supervision of registered pharmacy professionals, progressing toward the Pharmacy Services Assistant qualification.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and complete the apprenticeship programme.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
• Essential Skills and Attributes: enrolment onto an approved apprenticeship programme.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing, stock management and customer service.
• Support NHS and private prescriptions processing.
• Prepare Monitored Dosage Systems (MDS) and care home services.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and health advice.
• Operate the till and maintain cash handling.
