Job summary

Medistop Limited-Mossley Chemist in Mossley, Walsall area offers a full-time Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship. You will support daily pharmacy operations while completing your apprenticeship under the supervision of registered pharmacists.

You will gain hands-on experience in dispensing, stock management, NHS prescription processing and customer service, progressing toward the Pharmacy Services Assistant qualification with mandatory training hours.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in Pharmacy Services Assistant required or in progress.
• Willingness to learn and complete the apprenticeship programme.
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily pharmacy operations under supervision of registered pharmacists.
• Assist dispensing, stock control and NHS/private prescription processing.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and health advice.
• Maintain stock, storage and inventory accuracy including MDS preparation where required.
• Perform routine administrative tasks and assist with training modules.
