Job summary

Impact Futures is offering an Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant role to support daily pharmacy operations while completing the Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship. You will work under supervision of registered pharmacy professionals to gain practical experience in dispensing, stock management and customer service.

Training includes participating in the apprenticeship programme, undertaking coursework and assessments, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and NHS submission processes.

Qualifications

• Customer care and communication with customers.
• Willingness to learn and follow apprenticeship framework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing, stock management and customer service during apprenticeship.
• Support NHS and private prescription processing with accuracy.
• Participate in monthly NHS prescription submissions.
• Contribute to purchasing, dispensing and endorsing for reimbursement.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock control and safety in the pharmacy.
