Job summary

Healthxchange is seeking a Pharmacist to join our new Coventry Distribution Centre as Responsible Pharmacist. Based at Coventry DC, you’ll help set up operations, ensure safe, compliant dispensing and drive KPI delivery from day one.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Pharmacy or MPharm, UK registration, strong leadership, and excellent attention to detail to supervise staff and maintain regulatory standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or MPharm degree required.
• UK registration as a Pharmacist required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UK pharmacy regulations (GPhC).
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Manager/Head of Operations to deliver KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing and inventory.
• Supervise staff in the absence of Pharmacy Manager.
• Provide training and ensure SOP adherence.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of patient information.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and reports.
