Job summary

Healthxchange Pharmacy UK Limited in Coventry DC is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join a brand-new distribution site as Responsible Pharmacist. You will support operational setup, ensure safe delivery of services, and maintain compliance with GPhC standards from day one.

The role requires leadership across pharmacy staff, KPI delivery, inventory control and process improvements, with shifts across 7am–7pm, 42.5 hours per week, and a £50,000 starting package plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Registered UK Pharmacist with valid license (GPhC).
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Office tools and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UK pharmacy regulations (GPhC).
• Oversee day-to-day operations and dispensing activity.
• Supervise staff in pharmacist absence and support onboarding.
• Maintain KPI reporting and regulatory documentation.
• Manage inventory and security of the pharmacy.
• Support recruitment and staff development.
