You will hold an MPharm degree, be registered with the GPhC, and have prior management experience to drive performance and staff development in a busy community setting.

## Overview of the roleWe are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Belfast, Donegall road.This community pharmacy is commutable from across the Belfast area and is located in the heart of the local community. It has a great relationship with the GP surgery/health centre.**How our pharmacy makes a difference:*** It dispenses 1,100 items a week* It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, NHS & private services.* It provides services to substance misuse patients and it dispenses 50 community blisters.This pharmacy is open **9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday**. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of **one technician, one pharmacist assistant and one MPharm student.**### The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.*Well are proud to be a diverse and inclusive employer.
