Job summary

Boots is seeking a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools, while upholding professional and legal safety standards. You will monitor care quality, work with the Store Manager to grow the health team, and mentor colleagues.

You will also represent Boots in the community and with healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration and patient trust.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluating and continually improving standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent by coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
