Job summary

Boots is recruiting for a pharmacist role in the United Kingdom to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using both in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety, pharmacy compliance, and help develop the healthcare team within the store.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others
• Experience in enhanced services (preferred)
• Understanding of local clinical networks (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
• Grow talent reflecting the communities served; coach and mentor colleagues
