Job summary

PwC is seeking a Manager in Strategy’s Pharma Life Sciences group to partner with clients and lead day-to-day activities of engagements. You’ll solve problems, build client relationships, and develop the team while collaborating with consultants across global offices to interact with international clients in the Pharmaceuticals sector.

You’ll help clients develop capabilities, drive strategy, assess capabilities, and transform the way the company operates within the pharma industry.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client engagements from strategy to deliverables.
• Ability to solve problems using analytical thinking.
• Strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience managing small teams (2-5 members).

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in managing client engagements from strategy development to end-to-end deliverable creation.
• Use analytical, hypothesis-driven thinking to shape solutions to unstructured client problems.
• Communicate effectively to clients and internal stakeholders through verbal and written presentations.
• Manage and support teams of 2-5 junior members with a high level of independence.
• Engage with the greater Strategy & Pharma community to develop firm presence.
