Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead critical initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and mitigate risks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or Business Administration, 5+ years in pharma/biotech PM, PMP is a plus, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or Business Administration.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes (R&D, clinical trials, regulatory).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close pharmaceutical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage changes effectively.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress, report on key milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
