Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or programme management within biotech or regulated life sciences.
• Experience supporting cross-functional clinical development programmes.
• Strong understanding of clinical development, regulatory, manufacturing and vendor management.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with ownership.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

We're partnering with an innovative, venture-backed life sciences company that is expanding its leadership team and is looking to hire a Project Manager to support the execution of a complex clinical development programme.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will coordinate cross-functional activities across clinical development, regulatory, manufacturing, quality, finance and external partners, ensuring programmes are delivered on time and key priorities are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years' project or programme management experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or another regulated life sciences environment.
• Experience supporting cross-functional clinical development programmes.
• Strong understanding of clinical development, regulatory processes, manufacturing and external vendor management.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to complex biologics or advanced therapeutics.
• Experience working with external development or manufacturing partners.
• Previous experience in a high-growth biotech or venture-backed environment is advantageous.
