Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading and developing front-line leaders in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing performance, attendance and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Process Leads, setting clear expectations and accountability for results.
• Translate production plans into clear priorities to hit output, yield and Right First Time targets.
• Remove barriers and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR and other support teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across productivity, efficiency and cost.
• Develop leadership capability in performance management, attendance, wellbeing and team development.
