Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Operations Supervisor to lead our production teams and ensure the safe, efficient and compliant repackaging of pharmaceutical products.

This role suits a people‑focused leader who drives performance and develops high‑performing teams. You will oversee a ~60-strong production workforce, coordinate daily operations to meet production plans, and uphold GMP, quality, and safety standards while collaborating with Quality, Warehouse

Qualifications

Experience leading medium to large teams.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Good IT, numeracy and literacy skills.
GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of approximately 60 production colleagues.
Coordinate daily operations to deliver production plans and targets.
Ensure GMP, quality, compliance and health & safety standards are maintained.
Coach, develop and motivate Production Zone Leads and Operators.
Work closely with Quality, Warehouse and Print teams to ensure smooth operations.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
