Job summary

BioTalent is seeking a full-time, onsite MS&T Lead in the United Kingdom to provide technical leadership across manufacturing, process optimisation, validation, and technology transfer. The role is open to relocators and sits on the site leadership team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include leading MS&T activities, troubleshooting and process improvements within a GMP environment, and developing the site MS&T team while collaborating

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, scale-up, technology transfer, and process development.

Responsibilities

• Lead MS&T activities including technology transfers, product industrialisation, validation, and manufacturing optimisation projects.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, process improvements, equipment evaluation, and operational support within a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Manage and develop a site-based MS&T team while driving continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams.

Job description

We're supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the search for a MS&T Lead to provide technical leadership across manufacturing, process optimisation, validation, and technology transfer activities. This role is a key member of the site leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, process robustness, and continuous improvement across a commercial product portfolio.

This position is full-time, onsite and open to relocators.
