Job summary

Randstad Delivery is seeking an Inventory Associate in the Horsham area. The role involves picking/packing, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock in an inventory system. You will work on productions orders and ensure GMP, safety, and quality standards are met.

Applicants should have GCSEs in English and Maths, good IT literacy, and strong numerical and communication skills. The role offers a 6-month initial contract with early starts and ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent
• Good IT literacy and ability to use inventory software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and numerical skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work in ambient, cold-chain and -20C environments

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing client orders to meet targets
• Receiving deliveries and logging into inventory system
• Following Production Orders for client packaging, setup and cleanup
• Completing GMP paperwork accurately to meet timelines
• Carrying out inventories, cycle counts and waste disposals
• Following SOPs and maintaining cGMP, safety and quality
• Maintaining clean and safe working environment
• Supporting Lean Continuous Improvement processes
