Job summary

Randstad Business Support - London is seeking an Operations Associate for an initially six-month, on-site role in Horsham. This position supports warehouse, logistics and production workflows with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will handle picking/packing, inventory updates, GMP paperwork, and room/equipment setup, while following SOPs and cGMP safety standards. Shift 14:00–22:15, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, operations or production environments.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle due to shift times.
• Comfortable working in ambient, refrigerated and frozen environments (-20°C).
• Good IT literacy and ability to work accurately with numerical data.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain GMP/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivery focus for internal and external customers.
• Picking and packing client orders to meet targets.
• Receiving deliveries into correct storage locations and updating inventory software.
• Following Production Orders to prepare packaging and clean rooms/equipment.
• Completing GMP paperwork accurately and within deadlines.
• Carrying out inventories, cycle counts and waste disposal.
• Adhering to SOPs and maintaining compliance with cGMP, safety and quality.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and a safe working environment.
• Supporting Continuous Improvement through the PPI Lean Process.
