Job summary

Gi Group is recruiting Warehouse Technician for their site in Horsham RH12. Role supports microbiology diagnostics manufacturing, with training in a clean room environment and essential products for healthcare and testing.

The job offers a basic hourly rate plus shift allowance and requires driving to site. Candidates must meet PPE, safety and GMP standards and be ready for varied temperatures including freezer work.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, production, or operations experience is preferred.
• Ideally experienced in cGMP environments
• IT literate with good communication, numerical, and teamwork skills.
• Team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable working in ambient, refrigerated, and freezer (-20°C) environments and handling physical tasks including lifting, packing, and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders to meet daily targets.
• Receive courier deliveries, put stock away, and update inventory system.
• Follow production orders for packaging, including room/equipment set-up and clean-down.
• Complete GMP/cGMP paperwork accurately and on time.
• Carry out stock counts, cycle counts, and waste disposals.
• Work to SOPs and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Follow PPE, safety, quality and compliance requirements at all times.
• Report H&S/quality risks, near misses and incidents to line management.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
