Job summary

Almac Group, Craigavon-based, is hiring a Distribution Associate to handle clerical duties for distribution orders from Craigavon or Dundalk facilities. You will verify shipping documents and manage materials through the despatch process, ensuring accuracy and GMP compliance.

The role includes post-despatch tracing, shipment tracking, and a degree of manual handling, with the 08:00–16:00 day shift. This position is open to UK internal and external applicants and aligns with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK or an valid UK work permit.
• GCSE (Maths & English) at Grade C or above or equivalent.
• Experience in a busy office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use computerised systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify shipping documentation for distribution orders from Craigavon or Dundalk facilities.
• Manage despatch processes and ensure accuracy of materials during distribution.
• Conduct post-despatch follow-up, tracking and tracing shipments.
• Perform duties with due regard to GMP requirements and compliance.
