Zusammenfassung

CPL Group is seeking a Distribution Associate to support ALMAC Group at their Craigavon headquarters on a temporary ongoing contract. The role covers clerical duties for distribution orders, shipping documentation, and tracking of shipments from Craigavon or Dundalk facilities.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, paying £15.32 per hour, with 37.5 hours per week and includes 34 days holiday per year. A GMP-focused environment and manual handling are involved.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in busy office environment, handling archiving and filing tasks.
• Experience using computerised systems.
• GCSEs in five subjects including Maths and English (or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Carry out clerical duties relating to Distribution orders shipping from Craigavon or Dundalk facilities.
• Generate and review shipping documentation for despatch and GMP compliance.
• Track and trace shipments and follow up with DC/Project contacts.
• Coordinate with couriers for quotations, timelines and proof of delivery.
• Archive and file distribution documentation and perform general admin duties.
