ALMAC Group, in Craigavon, is seeking a Distribution Associate on a temporary, on-going contract. You will manage distribution clerical duties, prepare and review shipping documentation, and track shipments with couriers. The role requires accuracy and GMP-aligned practices within a busy office environment.

Shifts include day, evening, and night with respective premiums; 37.5 hours per week. Previous experience with archiving and computerised systems is essential.

Formación

• Experience in a busy office environment with archiving and filing.
• Experience using computerised systems.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out distribution-related clerical duties and prepare shipping documentation.
• Review shipping docs for despatch accuracy and GMP compliance.
• Maintain and update distribution records and SOPs.
• Track shipments and liaise with couriers for timelines and POD.
• Generate invoices and country-specific shipping documents (CofO, EUR1, ATR-1).
• Conduct independent reviews of shipping documentation per SOPs and regulations.
• Coordinate with DC/Project contacts on follow-up actions for shipments.
• Liaise with couriers on quotations, timelines, and collections.
• File and archive distribution documentation after completion of shipments.
• Perform general admin tasks (photocopying, filing, archiving).
