Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Contract Manager (Band 7) to oversee the PFI contract, monitor budgets, and ensure performance standards are met across the site. The role involves liaising with FM Co, project teams and internal departments to protect the Trust’s position.

To professionally and accurately oversee the management of the PFI contract with its associated budget, and to ensure the accurate and timely monitoring and reporting of all sums against this.
To oversee and carry out the monitoring and application of relevant contractual provisions relating to the PFI building and to resolve complex contract queries/disputes.
To be responsible for developing the link between the FM provider and relevant CUH internal technical teams, and to ensure that the performance specifications are met with the primary objective being to ensure that the Trust’s position is protected at all times.
Payment mechanism management and application.
Conducting contractual audits.
Acting as liaison between building users, FM Co and Project Co to resolve any issues between the parties.
Chairing regular meetings between the parties to regularly review contract performance.
Acting as liaison between the Trust's technical teams and FM Co.
Resolving complex contract disputes between the parties.
Progressing and monitoring small works and VO requests.
