Job summary

JLL Workplace Management is seeking a professional to step into a role coordinating FM services under PFI/PPP contracts. The role focuses on compliance with FM and Project Agreements, robust deduction management, direct labour deployment, and lifecycle strategy development.

You will work with Account Managers and other stakeholders to maximise revenue and profitability while maintaining high standards of safety and service delivery across contracts in the NHS/Education sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in PFI/PPP contracts.
• Experience in NHS/Education environments.
• Ability to develop operational plans for PFI/PPP contracts.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of FM services to contracts, overseeing performance, HR, health & safety, quality and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Project and FM Agreements and regulations.
• Develop site-specific policies aligning with client requirements.
• Ensure contracts meet client standards, including Building Bulletins and Services Output Specifications.
• Liaise with Client Representatives to maintain long-term partnerships.
• Manage and develop staff, ensure training and retention.
• Prepare monthly client reports on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Implement risk management, safety systems and contingency plans.
• Manage budgets to ensure value-for-money.
• Report on P&L and recover WIP per timelines.
• Ensure all legislative requirements are met across facilities.
• Perform HTM duties and support on-call engineers as needed.
• Contribute to growth and profitability of the wider IFM team.
