Job summary

JLL Workplace Management in Greater London is looking for a role to drive operational excellence across the PFI portfolio, supporting the Divisional Director with governance assurance, contract compliance and continuous improvement. You will lead governance outputs, quality audits and performance reporting to ensure contractual obligations are met.

You will coordinate lessons learned, promote standardisation across contracts, and develop assurance frameworks while supporting governance meetings,

Qualifications

• Significant experience within PFI, or complex FM environments.
• Strong understanding of contractual compliance and governance.
• Experience undertaking audits and quality reviews.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of governance and compliance arrangements.
• Monitor adherence to contractual governance requirements.
• Review governance outputs, compliance reports and assurance activities.
• Identify governance weaknesses and compliance risks.
• Develop divisional governance standards and assurance frameworks.
• Establish divisional governance standards.
• Facilitate governance and compliance forums.
• Coordinate lessons learned and best practice sharing.
• Promote standardisation across all contracts.
• Assess reports against contractual schedules.
• Verify service reports contain appropriate contractual evidence.
• Challenge poor-quality or non-compliant reporting.
• Develop standard reporting templates and frameworks.
• Develop and implement an assurance programme.
• Undertake governance reviews and quality audits.
• Track corrective and preventative actions.
• Identify recurring operational and contractual issues.
• Undertake root cause analysis.
• Develop improvement initiatives.
• Capture lessons learned and replicate best practice.
• Support divisional governance meetings.
• Support business planning, mobilisation and transformation projects.
• Produce management reports and presentations.
