Gravity Recruit Limited are recruiting a Retail Sales Advisor for their Peterborough store. The role focuses on face-to-face customer engagement, using consultative selling to create solutions that excite shoppers.

You will be target driven, aiming to exceed KPIs while delivering exceptional service, handling objections, and driving after-sales referrals. The package includes £26.3k base with uncapped OTE, with realistic OTE of £49k+.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in face-to-face selling to customers.
• Experience in assisted sales retail sectors preferred.
• Driven and ambitious with strong customer focus.
• Flexible to support peak trading periods.
