Job summary

Allianz UK in Guildford is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the Animal Health Portfolio Management Team. This role focuses on delivering actionable data insights to brands like PetPlan and LV Pet Insurance, shaping pricing strategy and supporting tariff development.

You will work with underwriting, marketing, claims, actuarial and pricing, translate data into recommendations, and oversee implementations to drive business outcomes. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with large data sets.
• Proficient in SQL, Alteryx, Excel, VBA and PowerBI.
• Numerate with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review pricing impacts and update recommendations.
• Collaborate across underwriting, marketing and pricing teams.
• Model rating changes from data sources and implement updates.
• Analyze data and present findings to non-technical audiences.
• Monitor pricing and underwriting performance and escalate issues.
• Support BAU reporting and dashboard development.
