Job summary

Pinnacle Pet UK is hiring a Pet Insurance Renewals Agent to handle inbound calls, sell insurance products, support customers through the sales journey and retain customers on behalf of our clients. You may work from home in the UK, be office-based in Borehamwood, or split your time between home and office.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with a start date of November 23rd and four weeks of remote training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call centre role is essential.
• Experience in a sales or retentions environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work to targets and in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering top customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls and selling insurance products.
• Supporting the online sales journey and retaining customers.
• Representing Pinnacle Pet Group and partners with a first-class service.
